Hello Everybun,

We are so sorry that we have not been about for AGES! But Mummy has started back at yoo-knee-versitee and she is bogged down with all her PGCE work. Mum says she is learning how to be a teacher and look after tiny 2-foot kits (Disgusting!!!) We think she should just stay here and be employed as our fursonal slave. Stupid 2-foot!

Anyway, we just wanted to let you know that we are still up to mischief and doing our up most to gain mum's attention when she is really busy. Daisy pinched her library book the other day and took a big nibble out of one page. Mummy had fun explaining that to the librarian!

Hope everybun is well and keeping up the naughty antics!

Snuggles everybun
Gizmo n Daisy

I like to sleep more, eat more, sleep a bit more and then take a nap. I used to enjoy having a piggy-back on Daisy, but even that doesn't appeal any more. I feel like something is missing but I really dont know what. I was discussing this dilema with Daisy this afternoon and she suggested I ask my bunny friends if they felt the same after their fur cut? I think i am missing my belly button, but then I cant remember if I ever had one in the first place!

Can anybun help ease my confusion??

A baffled Gizmo xx

Of course, our natural instict was to kill 'the brush'. Gizmo and I joined forces and set about a full scale, skilled and no prisioners spared attack upon the imposter. This involed one of us grabbing the brush from mummy's hand and shaking it vigorously from side to side while the other made every attempt to tip out the contents of the dust pan! When we were unsuccessful at this, we bgan tugging on mum's jeans, one of us on each on her legs... and guess what... it worked! Mummy gave up and we triumphed!!

Our success was short lived however :-(

Once we felt it save to leave the confinds of bunny palace and venture outside for some excercise...we were tricked! Mum crept into our burrow and shut the hatch, trapping us outside! With us helpless outside, all we could do was listen in horror as the brush destroyed all our hard work :-(

You will be pleased to know that we are now hard at work making a new mess ...(now that we are recharged after having an all afternoon nap of course!)

Snuggles to everybun

Daisy and Giz

xx

Unfortunately we are still apart but i'm hoping it wont be for long.

Gizmo was very naughty yesterday when he went into the brick hutch, he ate the carpet, nibbled mummy's foot and then wee'd EVERYWHERE!!! Mummy then had to spend ages bleaching the kitchen so that Daddy didn't smell the bunny wee when he got home. Of course, this made me very unhappy as this time spent cleaning could have been better spent fussing ME! I have just decided that I quite like fuss and that nose rubs are wonderful!

PS. Curly kale, spring greens and dandy-lions are yummy. Mummy is going to try and take a photo of us when she finds her camera. Stupid 2-foot has lost it.

Right, now on to the main events of the week... I don't know what has got into my brother but whenever he see's me, he chases me around the burrow and climbs on my back! It was really annoying me on Chews-day as he just wouldn't rest!! I was getting quite distressed as I just wanted him to cuddle me and wash my ears but he wouldn't. Luckily mummy rescued me and took me in the brick hutch for some alone time. However when I went back outside to see Giz, he was more persistent than ever! So now we are separated :-(

Mummy said it was only going to be temporary until Friday when we were booked in to see mr Vet for our VHD jab (Gizmo behaved himself in the car this time by the way... no passing out this time). However, Mummy asked Mr Vet to check our bits n pieces and he said we are both ready... whatever that means?? So mum asked if she can book Giz in for his fur cut but Mr Vet said no. Gizmo is a bit too young to have the anesthetic so has to wait 6 weeks!!! So its separation for the foreseeable future :-( We will be re-united when Gizmo can behave himself though.

I just wish i could have my big brother back :-(

Daisy

In our travel basket, I felt really poorly and I flopped out doing dead bunny flop... when mummy (who was sat with me in the back) stuck her hand in to stroke me, I didnt move! Its ok for the 2-foots, they can peel their fur coverings off...but we cant. All we could do all day was flop. We wanted to play, run, jump and binky but we couldn't!! I spent most of the day thumping at the sun to get it to go away but it wouldn't. Then to make things worse... the sun sent a hair-o-plane across the sky which made a REALLY loud noise and made Daisy run for cover behind me, so of course i protected her. I thumped three times at the roaring hair-o-plane. BUT... the sun got even more mad at me for thumping and sent another 2 planes. So I nudged Daisy and we ran for cover in our bunny bed. We have just ventured out again now and might try to eat our new tunnel.

What are buns supposed to do to enjoy the sun?

Snuggles,
Gizmo

Hello everybun,

We have had a very busy few days re-decorating our new bunny playhouse! We have been making a few adjustments to the wood (it looks much better with nibbles in it!) and of course we have been weeing and pooing EVERYWHERE! So now we are happy that it feels much more like home. The only thing is, our younger mummy deserted us this week!!!! How dare she! We had only been here 1 week and she left us to go somewhere she called yoo-nee-versitee. Thats not the worst thing either... she is the only 2-foot who lets us borrow her laptop to talk to our bunny friends. But anyway... she came rolling back home today in her noisy blue box with wheels on and said how much she had missed us! The cheek of it, if she'd have missed us that much she wouldn't have gone in the first place! Well Daisy and I are now going to demand her full attention and we want lots of fuss and of course some brand new toys! We are going to make her feel really REALLY guilty so she buys us LOTS of nice stuff from Maddie's shop. Do you think this is a suitable punishment?

Snuggles,
Gizmo n Daisy

Hello everybunny,

We are feeling properly settled in today and are really enjoying being at our new home. Our 2-foot mummy has been putting something called bio-lapis in our water to make sure we don't get poorly tummies. Today however, mummy was convinced that the stuff was actually 'speed' for bunnies. We were running really fast and jumping really high! Maybe thats what she meant by speed?

During our mad morning our mummy gave us the best toy ever!!!! It was called a BOX!!! It was sooooo much fun...

But then when mummy went to have her lunch, she took the box off us in case we hurt ourselves... THUMP!!!

Mum also told us that we need to take things slow with our daddy as he is not sure about us buns and needs to grow to love us (surely he can't grow anymore...he's already huge!!!). So anyway, when daddy got home from work he came and sat in our burrow, and as we want to be allowed in the brick hutch, we did as mummy told us and we sat quietly in the corner. We thought we were being good and we even tried to look our cutest by giving each other a wash. But OH NO...apparently we are unsociable as we didn't come to say hello to him??? What's a bun to do?? If he comes in later we will try doing a poo on his shoe to see if that makes him love us, we will work really hard on it too and make sure its a really big one.
Hello everybun!

Our names are Gizmo and Daisy and we are looking for some friends...

Today, two strange doe 2-foots came and took us away from our furry family and put us in a small box. Then they put us in a really big red box with wheels and it was very scary! We now have a new burrow in the garden and have spent all afternoon investigating it. Oh, and guess what! There are two more 4-foots that live here and they have little sticky-uppy ears and a long tail, they make a really silly niose, they say 'meeoow'. Although they do seem quite friendly as they keep coming to say hello and keep an eye on us. There seem to be lots and lots of 2-foots at our new burrow so we will have a job on our hands training them all into furrpect bunny slaves. We are looking forward to getting up to lots of mischief to keep them on their toes teehee!

Snuggles

Gizmo n Daisy
(I'm sure you can work out which of of us is which! teehee!)

Hello everyone,
I'm Suz and I was wondering if I could ask you all for your advice? In two weeks time myself and my family are going to pick up 2 baby buns (french lops) and was wondering if you have any suggestions on how best to settle them in? We want to make them feel at home and loved because they will be! Any advice would be greatly received!
